Hello All!

This year's Warwick Crew Regatta will be held on Saturday, May 2, 2009 (no rain date), with races to begin at 2:00pm. 

As space is limited at our race site, RSVP ASAP to Steve Hoverman  (hoverman@warwick.net) to express your interest in participating.  We can only accommodate a limited number of teams, therefore participation will be on a "first come - first served" basis. 

Attached to this email are 3 files.  Please print out for your reference.  The Regatta 5-2-09 Info Sheets contain the specific details and requirements for the event.  The Regatta Insurance Requirements file should be printed and sent to the person in your school district that handles insurance certificates.  That file contains the EXACT wording that must be on the insurance certificates.  Also note at the bottom of that form is my address and fax number to have the certificates sent to me directly. 
Lastly is the Warwick Crew Club Release of Liability that must be completed by all members participating on May 2nd.  Please distribute a copy of the Release to all team members for their parent's signature.
